Confidential Report on the Origins of the Outbreak Handed out Among the President's Top Officials

Five months ago, their four years of hard work saw results. The biochemical agent slowly eats away at the inside of the body, causing massive hemorrhaging. There is a 100% fatality rate.

During testing, the biochemical agent managed to escape. Scientists were unaware of this until they began showing symptoms. We are still unsure of how it managed to infect anyone other than the test subjects.

With this epidemic spreading across America, the biochemical agent could now be traced back to the US. It is no longer viable to use it as a weapon. All traces of it must be destroyed.
