Executive Order 13459 - Calling Forth Troops to Destroy Threats to the American People

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1601 et seq.)(NEA), section 1076 of the National Defense Authorization Act (P.L. 109-364)(NDAA), and section 333 of the National Defense Authorization Act (H.R. 2586)(NDAA), and to protect the American people in states of emergency, it is hereby ordered as follows:

Section 1. All military personnel, reserved military personnel, and the National Guard will be responsible for cleansing infected areas with a population of 100,000 or less, eliminating any threat posed by infected or non-infected persons in said areas. All traces of the contamination will be destroyed by any means deemed necessary.

Sec. 2. The Air Force will be responsible for cleansing infected areas with a population of over 100,000, eliminating any threat posed by infected or non-infected persons in said areas. All traces of the contamination will be destroyed by any means deemed necessary.

Sec. 3. Implementation. (a) The Head of the Military shall:
