President's Director of Public Relations: The President wants America to know that we are looking into the cause of this new outbreak and our scientists are actively working on a cure. The President wants to reassure everyone that this is not a biochemical agent. No bioweapon of this kind exists in the Middle East or anywhere else. America is not under a terrorist attack.

I repeat, the President wants to reassure America that this is not a bioweapon, and the United States is not under terrorist attack.
