day 4: home

sam sat on the couch, watching tv. she was vehemently avoiding doing any homework thus far.

sam had tried calling liz's cell earlier, but all she got was her friend's voice mail. she left a message telling liz there was an exam coming up on tuesday. hopefully liz would get back to her soon so they could study together.

okay, not study together. sam needed liz to teach her most of the recent material in calculus.

man, i hope liz actually listens to her messages for once, sam couldn't help thinking.
