President's Director of Public Relations: A state of emergency has been declared by the United States of America. Here is the Secretary of Defense to provide full details on the situation. Mr. Secretary.

Secretary of Defense: As of 6pm Eastern Standard time, the President has declared the continental United States under Martial Law.

All reserved military personnel and the National Guard are ordered to report for immediate deployment.

In order to prevent the contagion from spreading outside the US, all airports will remain closed until further notice. Our nation's borders to Canada and Mexico have been sealed. The Coast Guard has been given orders to stop any persons attempting to leave the country through any means necessary.
